Our roots in consulting provide us a definitive advantage over recruiting firms. Consulting is relationship based and direct placement is a natural offshoot of temporary staffing. We understand the importance of interpersonal and technical "fit" in any IT organization. We use the experience we have as a successful IT professional service provider to assist our clients with finding the right candidates to hire.

We provide our clients:

• A customized employee search process.
• A warranty period on any full time employee placement.
• A prorated fee structure to accommodate budget and hiring objectives.

Many clients are realizing the benefit of Manifest's "Try before you buy" alternative. Manifest will place a consultant with our client for a pre-determined length of time before the consultant converts to full time status. There is no fee if the consultant is hired after six months. If our client chooses to hire the consultant before six months, we pro-rate the placement fee against profit already earned.
